Room Rental Opportunities
Use COCPA’s classroom and meeting facilities for your event, with all technology included.
COCPA members can take advantage of a 20% discount on all stated rates. Organizations that qualify, 501c3 and 501c6, can rent our facilities for a 50% discount. Rates apply to standard business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
The COCPA is an excellent facility for groups from 12 to 50 people. We have a classroom, featuring two full walls of windows, along with two conference rooms available for rent.
COCPA offers a full suite of audio/visual equipment on site, a convenient DTC location, and plentiful free parking. The COCPA is a great place to hold your next meeting.
Availability is not guaranteed. To request space, please click on Reserve My Room below. You will be contacted to confirm your reservation and finalize all details.
Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund of room rental fees, you must cancel 7 or more days in advance of contracted date. If cancellation is made within 7 days but at least 48 hours in advance, then a 50% refund will be issued. Any cancelation made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
