Colorado businesses with five or more employees and at least two years in operation are facing an important compliance requirement. Under state law, these employers must provide workers access to a qualified retirement savings program.

If your business does not already offer one, you are required to either:

  • Register for the Colorado SecureSavings Program (CSSP), or
  • Certify your exemption if you already offer a qualified plan.

Why this matters

  1. Share the messageA Digital Compliance Toolkit is available with ready-to-use email, newsletter, and social media content.
