When will I gain access to CPA Flex Learning? ⓘ
Your access to CPA Flex Learning begins within an a few minutes of your purchase.
How do I access my CPA Flex Learning Product? ⓘ
To access CPA Flex Learning, log into your COCPA profile. Under My Learning > My On-Demand, click the launch course button on the CPA Flex Learning product.
How do I watch a course once I’m in CPA Flex Learning? ⓘ
Once on the CPA Flex Learning site, navigate to the course you are interested in, then click “enroll” in the top right corner. Once enrolled, you can begin viewing immediately or go to My Courses to watch later.
How do I continue watching a course that I previously started? ⓘ
You can continue watching any of your courses through the My Courses page available through the menu in the top left corner.
What is included in CPA Flex Learning? ⓘ
Unlimited access to more than 100 self-study courses, including videos, product guides, case studies, industry analysis, and more. Fields of study cover accounting, auditing, tax, ethics, business management, and more.
After I purchase a self-study course, how long do I have to watch it? ⓘ
Those with unlimited CPA Flex Learning access have full access to all courses for one year after purchasing the product.
Where do I get my certificate of completion for courses within CPA Flex Learning? ⓘ
Certificates of completion are available in the menu in the top left corner when on the CPA Flex Learning site.
How do I avoid taking the same course twice? ⓘ
You can check your listing of completed courses in your CPE History. Some courses in the CPA Flex Learning catalog are also offered as webinars from CPA Crossings.
I am having trouble with my login. What should I do? ⓘ
The best way is to log into your Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA) account. Go to My On-Demand and click the Launch Course button found on the self-study course page. You will be automatically redirected and logged into the appropriate location within CPA Flex Learning.

In which states are the CPA Flex Learning courses approved? ⓘ
All CPA Flex Learning courses are NASBA-approved, making them accepted for CPE credit in all states.
How long is the course video available once I complete the exam? ⓘ
The course video will remain available for the duration of your CPA Flex Learning subscription. If a course becomes out-of-date, it may be taken down. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will have 90-days to complete the course.
Do I have to answer the review questions? ⓘ
Yes. In order to activate the final exam questions, you must first complete the review questions that appear during the course video. Once the course video is complete, you will be able to take the final exam.
How do I retake the interactive questions? ⓘ
You have two attempts to correctly answer the review question. After that point, the correct answer is provided immediately with a brief explanation of the answer.
How long do I have to take the final exam? ⓘ
You can take the exam as many times as you need within your valid subscription period to earn a passing grade of 70%. If you are enrolled in a course that is scheduled to be taken down, you will have 90-days to complete the course and exam.
What is the cancellation policy for CPA Flex Learning? ⓘ
Unlimited access to CPA Flex Learning requires an annual commitment. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. In the event you have earned CPE credit in the first 30 days, you will be charged $25 per CPE credit earned and this will be subtracted from your refund amount. No refunds will be provided for mid-year cancellations requested more than 30 days after purchase.
