Get Clear on Who You Serve Best: Ideal Client Profile Workshop for Independent Accountants: Who is your ideal client?
Have you paused long enough to answer this critical question yet? Doing so can transform how you market, price, and build services within your firm. Whether you’re a solo practitioner or running a small firm, a well-crafted Ideal Client Profile (ICP) helps you clarify your value, focus your time, and right-size your clients.
Join the Independent Accountants Alliance for our May 16 in-person meetup where we’ll dig into ICPs through a hands-on workshop and collaborative discussion. You’ll walk away with ideas for your ideal client profile, fresh insights from your peers, and practical ideas to apply immediately to your practice.
What You’ll Gain:
• An understanding of what makes a strong ICP and why it matters
• Tools to identify traits of your best (and worst) clients
• A guided process to create your ICP
• Strategies to use your ICP in client vetting and service design
