Born and raised in southern Texas within a Mexican family, Fernando is a proud first-generation college student who earned both his undergraduate and master's degrees in accounting. He started his career in Audit with BDO and obtained his CPA during COVID. After obtaining his CPA, he moved from Houston to Denver and then transitioned out of audit to join the Transaction Advisory team within BDO Denver. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors by hiking 14ers, trail running, snowboarding, and playing soccer.

Sheila has practiced public accounting since 2006 and serves a variety of Not-For Profit Organizations, including foundations, research entities and social service organizations and government contracts. She has significant experience conducting audits in accordance with the Government Audit Standards, the Single Audit Act and with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). She is also a firm technical reviewer for federal compliance audits and provides training on accounting and auditing topics for Moss Adams professionals as well as clients and industry organizations. Sheila serves as a career advisor and mentor to others in her office and her region.
Sheila is a member of her firm’s Forum W and Latin American business resource groups. Sheila is also a mom to three kids and is married to a retired army veteran.

Gabriel Quezada is a Colorado native and first-generation American. He attended the University of Colorado in his hometown of Boulder, CO where he earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation. Gabriel is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado and Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP in the Global Compliance & Reporting subservice line. In addition to his role at EY as Tax Manager, Gabriel is a founding executive board member of the EY Denver Latino Professional Network and served as director of the EY Denver College Mentor Access and Persistence program. Outside of work, Gabriel is loving son, brother and an avid motorcyclist.
