Instructor
Darius West is a Marketing & Outreach Specialist at the Colorado Secure Savings Program. He assists with strategy development and execution of digital marketing and outreach strategies. He educates business owners and residents on the efficiency and value of the Colorado Secure Savings Program.
In his previous roles Darius has been Operations Manager and Community Engagement Manager for multiple non-profits in the Denver metro area. His passions are in creating resilient operations by improving workflow efficiency and expanding the reach of organizations which support community members.
Darius earned his B.A in Political Science from Howard University, as well as a Masters of Environmental Management from Western State University.
This webinar will detail the Colorado SecureSavings Program, a new state sponsored retirement program which gives Colorado businesses and residents the capability to enhance their benefit package by offering a free, comprehensive retirement benefit. During this time we will learn about the state mandate that is attached to the program and which businesses it impacts. Participants will also leave with an understanding of why the program is improving the lives of employers and employees and how they can take advantage.
To educate participants on Colorado SecuredSavings, a new state sponsored retirement program improving the lives of residents by removing all barriers to accessing retirement benefits.
