Rob Burton began his professional career in an Austin, Texas, tax practice where he focused on tax planning and compliance for individuals and businesses. In 1998, he became the Chief Financial Officer of a local law firm and then served as CFO of various medium-sized, privately-held companies for the next 21 years. In 2019, he formed the CPA firm that later merged to become Tandem CPAs. Rob earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Colorado and Texas.
Rob lives in Larimer County with his wife, Megan, an accomplished author and poet.
