Ben is a Manager in the Technology Consulting practice of EY specializing in Digital Strategy and Data Analytics for Supply Chain and Procurement solutions enabled by SAP. He has advised solutions across multiple industries including Life Sciences, Utilities, and Agricultural Sciences. He has held various leadership positions in UNITY – EY’s LGBTQ+ BRG, including currently leading the Denver chapter. Originally hailing from Minneapolis, MN, Ben earned his BBA in Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago. He now resides in Denver, CO and passions include cooking, hiking, skiing, and disc golfing.

Zane Sanchez works remotely from Aurora as a tax CPA for Reese Henry & Company in Aspen, bringing a unique blend of tax expertise and a passion for fostering diversity and inclusion within the profession. Beyond navigating the complex tax challenges facing Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals in the Aspen Valley, Zane is a dedicated advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and others. During his 5-year tenure at KPMG Denver as a Federal Tax Manager, Zane also served as the local office's Pride network co-chair, spearheading initiatives to boost member engagement and assisting in the planning of a national event hosted in Denver. Outside of work, Zane enjoys exploring Europe and South America, honing his language skills, while remaining involved in the Denver community. Look out for Zane in the local Colorado Gay Volleyball Association's leagues!

Having joined CBIZ in June 2022, Zach currently serves as a Senior Campus Recruiter, bringing seven years of prior experience in higher education. Passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), he played a key role in launching the CBIZ Pride Employee Resource Group, contributing to the on-going creation of an inclusive workplace.
