After a little over a year without a place to call our own, we have news that's been a long time coming: our new office at 720 South Colorado Boulevard opens on July 20th. The team is settling in, the space is taking its final shape, and very soon it will be ready — not just for us, but for you.

This is more than a change of address. It's the next chapter for COCPA, and it was designed with our members at the center of it.

A Space Designed Around You

When we left our former office, we had the rare chance to start fresh and ask a simple question: what should a professional home for Colorado's CPAs actually feel like? The answer shaped every decision that followed.

The new space is bright, welcoming, and intentionally right-sized. We reduced our footprint, but that wasn't about cutting back — it was about being deliberate. We created a place that's genuinely open and usable: room to meet, room to work, and room to connect.

It's where the COCPA team will work, but it was never meant to be ours alone.

Open to Members — Whenever You Need It

What excites us most about our new space is simple: it's here for you.

Need a place to work between client meetings? A quiet spot to focus for an hour? A comfortable setting to connect with peers or recharge during a busy day? Once our doors open, they're open to you.

We designed this space to be a professional home you can count on, not a building you visit once a year, but a resource that supports you throughout your professional journey. That's the real story behind this move. We didn't just relocate our office; we created a space that belongs to our members as much as it belongs to us.

During the summer months, our office will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Monday and Friday visits available by appointment.

We'll have drinks and appetizers, plenty of room to mingle, and the chance to put faces to the names you may only know from COCPA CONNECT or a study group.
