Governance Committee Nomination Form

Financial Oversight Committee: is appointed by the Board Chair for a 1 year term that serves from October - September each year (or as it aligns with the compliance activities of the fiscal year term). Members may be appointed to serve multiple terms for continuity. Individuals interested will be contacted before October each year.
Nomination Committee: is appointed by the Board Chair - for a 1 time (1 year) term. This usually happens between August and October each year but must be completed by December 1st per our bylaws.
Professional Conduct Board: Is appointed by the Board Chair, and a minimum commitment two years. Members of of the Professional Conduct Board will respond to inquires as they are submitted and decisions about appointment will be made approximately within 60 days.
