Ksenia Popke, CPA, JD, is an assurance partner in Eide Bailly LLP's not-for-profit organizations practice, and a member of the firm's Not-for-Profit Technical Issues and Executive Committees. Ksenia serves a broad array of not-for-profit entities, including public and private foundations, educational, cultural and performing arts, health and human services, scientific and research, and federally funded not-for-profit organizations. She is a current member of the FASB and AICPA Not-for-profit Advisory Councils. She received her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver, and her Juris Doctor from the Ural State Law Academy.

In celebration of Women’s History Month, please join us on March 22 for a panel discussion featuring women in the accounting profession. Panelists, who represent various backgrounds and areas of expertise, will share stories of their successes, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
Lee Dabberdt, who is chief accounting officer of EverCommerce, has more than 25 years of operational and financial leadership experience in both industry and Big 4 public accounting. Most recently, she led the accounting departments for public (completed a successful IPO in 2021) and private equity owned software companies, where she integrated multiple acquisitions and restructured teams in order to scale efficiently and effectively.
Following a successful career in public accounting, where for 35 years she was a partner with Hein + Associates and then Moss Adams, Mira Finé currently serves on the Denver Foundation’s Professional Advisory Board, Children’s Hospital Foundation's Trusted Advisor Board, and the National Jewish Development Board.
Eide Bailly partner Ksenia Popke serves a variety of not-for-profit entities in education, culture and performing arts, health and human services, public and foundations, and science and research. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate the ever-changing complexities of the not-for-profit world. Ksenia currently serves on FASB Not-For-Profit Advisory Council and AICPA Not-For-Profit Advisory Committee.
Cheryl Wenzinger, a retired audit partner from Deloitte’s Denver office, in 1984 became the first female audit partner in a Denver Big 8 firm, when she was named partner with Touche Ross, which merged with Deloitte in 1991. A past COCPA president who chaired the Society’s Blueprint Committee in the late 1990s, she now lives in Grand Junction, where she enjoys retirement and continues to serve on nonprofit boards.
