2025 August Ethics Day

Rosemary E. Weiss began her career in public accounting in 1964 with the International CPA firm of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP (then Lybrand, Ross Bros. and Montgomery.) After five years, Ms. Weiss started her own firm, Weiss & Company, where she practiced for 21 years before merging with Coopers & Lybrand LLP in 1990. In 1997, she retired from public practice. 

Ms.Weiss is a past president of the State Board of Accountancy and was a member of the Board from 1986 to 1999.

Robbie is the Founder and President of Glantz & Associates, a 25+year old company offering Ethics Based Services in Organizational Development.  She is a consultant, trainer, facilitator, educator and change agent.

Robbie’s competencies and personal effectiveness are reflected in client comments such as:

Additionally Robbie provides high quality and highly rated programs which qualify for CPE’s in behavioral ethics through the Colorado Society of CPA’s and CPA Crossings  as well as Continuing Legal Education through the Supreme Court.  Robbie loves what she does and is grateful to be part of organizational successes.
