Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring a conference or seminar is a great way to increase the name recognition and general awareness of your company among Colorado CPAs. The COCPA welcomes any company, whose product is educational to members or helps them to better perform their job functions, to sponsor a Colorado Society of CPAs conference or seminar. Click here for this year's conference schedule.

• Recognition in the conference or seminar materials
• Recognition in Quick-Search (COCPA magazine mailed to full membership)
• Verbal recognition at the conference by the Conference Chairperson
• A banner in the conference meeting room for visual recognition (provided by sponsor)
• Recognition on the COCPA website for a period of one month (sponsor logo including hyperlink to website)

 The COCPA does not endorse any sponsor, product, or service, and reserves the right to review all submitted material.

Sponsor Responsibilities

• All logos for recognition purposes must be submitted 10 weeks before the conference
• A $500 fee must be paid in full prior to your logo being advertised

Exhibitor Opportunities

Promote your company’s message to the COCPA membership. Be an exhibitor at an upcoming COCPA conference. The COCPA welcomes any company whose product is educational to members or helps them better perform their job functions. Click here for this year's conference schedule.

Exhibitors will receive:   

• Recognition in the conference materials
• Recognition in Quick-Search (COCPA magazine mailed to full membership)
• Verbal recognition at the conference by the Conference Chairperson
• A banner in the conference meeting room for visual recognition (provided by exhibitor)
• A six-foot table at the conference to use for distribution of material
• Recognition on the COCPA website for a period of one month (sponsor logo including hyperlink to website)

The COCPA does not endorse any exhibitor, product, or service, and reserves the right to review all submitted material.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

• A $700 fee must be paid in full prior to your logo being advertised
• All logos for recognition purposes must be submitted 10 weeks before the conference
• Any charges related to exhibitor’s participation other than the hanging of a banner
• Displays:  
  • Must be three feet or less in height when displayed on the table
  • Must set up by 7:45 a.m. the day of the conference
  • Must be taken down by 5:00 p.m. the day of the conference
